We have a 20-day refund policy, which means you have 20 days after placing your order to request a refund. We suggest new customers order 1 product to test it on their skin to determine the effectiveness of the soap. In our 14 years of experience, there has not been a case where soap reacts with any secondary effect on the skin.

To be eligible for a refund, only the following 2 requirements will be needed: indicate why you are requesting the refund (if necessary, send a photo), and the receipt or proof of purchase. Our customer service team will validate your case.

To initiate a refund, you can contact us at soporte@jabonesdemima.com . If your refund is accepted, we will send you 100% of the value of the 1 product only.

damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.


Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalized items (such as special orders or custom items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Changes
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to try the product you have for 1 week, and once your refund is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new product.


refunds
We will notify you once we have received your mail and inspected your refund, and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
